Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. For late cancellations or no-shows, deposits are non-refundable.
